The Davone Audio Ray speakers ($7500/pair) use a custom-made coaxial driver in an eye-shaped cabinet mounted on a slow-slung stand. The driver is mostly hand made, the tweeter mounted to the pole piece of the woofer.

Paired with an Absoluta Partenope hybrid integrated amp ($15,995), the speakers sounded bigger and taller than anticipated and formed an audio system that belongs in the next Austin Powers movie.
