| December 9, 2019
est known for its loudspeakers and
speaker drivers, Focal has released the new Symphonie 40th ($15,000), a boxed
headphone-listen system that celebrates Focal's 40th anniversary. The system includes two
different high-end headphones: the Focal Utopia and Stellia, which are often mentioned among the very best headphones
available today. Also included is the Focal Arche DAC and amplifier. For listening on the
go, the Questyle QPM high-definition audio player is also included. For user convenience
and ultimate performance, specific cables, including four-pin balanced Litz XLR cables and
03/16 (4.4mm) jack cables, are included, allowing both pairs of headphones to be
used with both sources. To house everything, a carrying case with Macassar ebony veneer
keeps the headphones and all accessories together.
The Symphonie 40th is available in a very limited
edition: 40 years equals only 40 cases available worldwide. |
