IKEA Aptitlig isolation platform

I
used the four 7/16” steel bearing balls strategically placed in the Aptitlig juice
groove as recommended by The Audio Beat, but have found that the two 11” by
15 1/2” pieces of my wife’s old yoga mat provide much better isolation.
