just read your review of the Brubeck Live From the Northwest
release. I've been playing it on KBOO radio here in Portland, where I volunteer,
especially the hyper-local cut "Multnomah Blues."
Very
kind of you to reference (ha ha) Keith Johnson's Red Norvo recording in your
review. And Wally Heider was legendary in the San Francisco Bay Area.
