We love the name -- Ax Angel -- of Nordost's new line of pro-audio cables, which includes a power cord ($200/meter length), an instrument cable ($250/three-meter length) and a patch cable ($160 for two). Like Nordost's audiophile cables, these use silver-plated copper conductors and Micro Mono-Filament construction to achieve low capacitance. It only makes sense that a company manufacturing cables for music reproduction should also succeed with cables for music creation. Look for that orange jacket at your next concert.
